We aim to have your order to you within 3-5 working days from the time of order – this can be quicker if you live in a metropolitan city but may be a little longer if you live in a rural or remote area.

International Postage – If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the overseas freight charge including any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will provide a customised quote with each item. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. We use DHL express for framed items and Australia post for unframed items for all international deliveries.
We use Australia Post registered post for all unframed deliveries. All unframed items are sent in large custom made reinforced 3mm heavy duty tubes for protection in transit.
All framed deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers and DHL International. Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and delivery location and will require a signature on delivery.
*Please note that some framed items are custom made to order and take a further 1-5 business days to arrange. If items are required by a certain date please contact us so we can help to achieve this.
Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
PICK UP IN STORE
This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges. Please contact us if you would like to collect from one of our stores.
