The Swans defeated the Hawthorn Hawks in a topsy-turvy encounter at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on the 29th September 2012, getting home in spirited fashion to win by 10 points.

  • This superb lithograph features a large photo of the pre-game line up awaiting their destiny and comes signed by the 2012 Grand Final Captain, Jarrod McVeigh, and the Swans Coach, John Longmire.
  • You will also receive an official AFL-licensed Certificate of Authenticity.
